Supervising Attorney – Violence Against Women Project

Operations Administrator/Manager

The Operations Administrator/Manager is an integral member of the team who maintains a supportive and smooth environment for operations and offices. This individual is an organized, enthusiastic, diligent, and consistent individual committed to supporting the arts, the community, and the underserved.

Working closely with the Executive Director and Deputy Director, the Operations Administrator/Manager is responsible for managing CCC’s operations, including compliance, human resources, and overseeing the facilities and rental program. The successful candidate has extraordinary interpersonal skills, embraces challenges, has a knack for organization and administrative duties, and possesses the ability to motivate the team. Early Learning Coach

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the overall coordination of management tasks that relate to the administration and management of Kai Ming Head Start. This person will support the Executive Assistant primarily and will provide assistance in purchasing, data entry, record-keeping, report preparations, tracking, and vendor partnership. The Administrative Assistant must be a professional, highly motivated individual with exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills; must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer (Microsoft Office) and time-management skills are required. This position requires exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable use of discretion, tact, diplomacy, and judgment.

Human Resource Generalist

We seek a skilled Development Director to cultivate and steward philanthropic and volunteer support for the museum to increase growth and stability over time.
